Booking Fees

Hall Booking Rates

The Resident rate is specifically for celebrations for residents and their children living permanently on the Strawberry Vale Estate. This does not include celebrations for wider family members such as grandparents, parents, children, nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles and in-laws who do not reside permanently on the estate. If it is found that these terms are not adhered to, the Green Man Management Group reserve the right to charge full rates for the booking.

Rates – Non Key Holders

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (with 1 events supervisor)
Hall Normal Rate Hall Charitable Rate
£38.50 per hour
£25.00 floor washing will also be added		 £27.50 per hour
£25.00 floor washing will also be added

Rates – Residents (with proof of residence)

Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm, Sunday 9am to 1pm
Hall Normal Rate
£22.00 per hour
£25 floor washing will also be added

We do not hire the Green Man Community Centre for 16th or 18th birthday parties.
All parties must finish by 10.00pm and the building must be completely cleared by 10.30pm.
Drug use is illegal and strictly prohibited inside or outside the centre.
Any evidence of drug use will result in the immediate closure of the event and loss of booking fees.
